Simpler Warranty. Faster Service

We are pleased to share an important update regarding our cooling counters.

From now on, the warranty process will be even simpler and more efficient. Regardless of which part of the refrigeration unit requires service, you only need to remove the complete cooling monoblock, making the service process faster and more convenient throughout the three-year warranty period.

This solution is designed to reduce downtime, simplify maintenance, and help you work more efficiently. If a replacement monoblock is not available in your stock, we will send a new one and credit its value once the faulty unit has been returned to us. For convenience, faulty monoblocks may also be returned in bundles on a quarterly basis.

These conditions apply to all cooling counters purchased from 1 January 2026.
